SHIPPING & RETURNS

  1. Processing, Shipping, and Handling

Please allow time for processing, processing takes up to 3 business days (Monday – Friday; 9am – 5pm EST). If you’re ordering a pre-order item, processing can take 5-7 business days before shipping out the product. 

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking activity will become available 24 hours after shipment label is created. Average orders takes 5-10 business days to arrive to customer after order was placed.

  1. Can I make changes to my order?

Angeluxe Lashes strives to process and ship items out as soon as possible; Because of this, orders cannot be changed once order is completed. 

  1. Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, All sales are FINAL, NO refunds or exchanges. If we made a mistake on your order, one of these would be granted.

Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact mail carrier for further details once you receive a tracking number.

  1. Are packages shipped on Holidays or Sundays?

Packages DO NOT ship on Holidays or Sundays

  1. How long does shipping take?

After your order is processed and tracking number is sent, shipping takes about 2-3 days to receive. 

  1. Shipping Fee

There is a shipping fee of $5.99 for all domestic orders. However, all orders over $30 have free shipping! 

•••If you’re a VCU/VUU student / you stay in Richmond Virginia, we accept pickups. Shipping fee does not apply if you’re picking up from VCU Cabell Library. Let us know if you’re doing a pickup before you place an order so we can give you the free shipping code. 

 

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES, INCORRECT ADDRESSES, AND REFUSED DELIVERIES

Your order will normally be shipped via USPS for U.S. domestic shipping or DHL for international shipping  to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS/DHL tracking to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package.

Due to problems with missing shipments and fraud attempts, we ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. Meaning, someone must be there to sign for the package. USPS/DHL will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit, please contact us by email immediately. We will contact USPS/DHL right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 8-10 business days, however, we cannot control how long it may take. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost, a replacement will be sent pending USPS's investigation results. If the product comes returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you and re-ship the item at our expense depending on the situation. If customer requests to be issued a refund instead of reshipment, the refund amount would be based on the amount the claim is approved for (full refunds are not guaranteed).
